21st Century Schools Program |

The Building the Education Revolution funding is broken into three programs:
- Primary Schools for the 21st Century (P21)
Funding will be provided for the construction of facilities including libraries, multi-purpose halls, sheltered outdoor learning areas or early learning facilities, classrooms or refurbishment of existing facilities.
- Science and Language Centres for 21st Century Secondary Schools (SLC)
Up to 500 new science or language learning centres will be funded in disadvantaged secondary schools across Australia. Eligible schools will need to have a demonstrated need, readiness and capacity to complete the facilities before 30 June 2010.
- National School Pride Program
Every Australian school will be eligible to receive funding for construction of small scale infrastructure and/or minor refurbishment projects. Funding will be allocated on the basis of student enrolments.
