Viewbank Primary School is lucky to have a very active Parents and Friends Committee. While the main emphasis is on fundraising, the Parents and Friends are there to assist the Principal and Staff in the running of those extra activities that occur throughout the school year, for example the School Ball and the Art Show, just to name two.
Social events for the parents such as the monthly morning tea are a way the committee tries to create a strong and friendly school community.
Fundraising is the number one priority for the Parents and Friends, as by our efforts upgrading and purchasing of extra equipment for the enjoyment of our students can be achieved.
The Parents and Friends Committee is open to all parents and a warm welcome is extended to come and see for yourselves what we do and how you can help us help our school.
